1. น้องแมวทุกตัวต้องได้รับการฉีดวัคซีน ป้องกันโรคขั้นพื้นฐาน (โรคพิษสุนัขบ้า โรคลิวคิเมีย โรคหัดแมว) โดยนำใบวัคซีนมาให้ในวันส่งน้องค่ะ 

• วัคซีนไข้หัด-หวัดแมว Feline Panleukopenia (FPV)

• วัคซีนพิษสุนัขบ้า Feline rabies (FR)

• วัคซีนโรคลิวคีเมียหรือโรคมะเร็งเม็ดโลหิตขาวติดต่อ Feline Leukemia Virus Infection (FeLv)

Requires 3 standard vaccinations: Feline Panleukopenia / Leukemia / Rabies​

2. น้องแมวมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงดี ไม่เป็นโรคติดต่อต่างๆ รวมทั้ง เห็บ หมัด โรคผิวหนัง

No disease: including Cat Flu, Cat Fungus, Cat Tick

3. ต้องมีอายุ 4 เดือนขึ้นไป

4. ไม่รับน้องที่ดุมากๆ และน้องแมวตัวผู้ที่มีภาวะฮีทค่ะ หรือ น้องแมวตัวเมียที่ท้อง

6. กรณีน้องแมวป่วยระหว่างพักกับเรา จะแจ้งให้เจ้าของทราบโดยทันที และสามารถพาน้องแมวไปโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ได้ค่ะ

7. การฝากเลี้ยงมีความเสี่ยง หากน้องแมวเสียชีวิตหรือป่วยในระหว่างพักหรือหลังพัก ทางเราไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น เพราะก่อนน้องแมวเข้าพัก เราได้สอบถามประวัติทางด้านสุขภาพ การฉีดวัคซีนของน้องแมวทุกๆตัวค่ะ ซึ่งในระหว่างที่พักกับเรา เรามั่นใจในการดูแลในเรื่องความสะอาด ปลอดภัย และ สุขภาพอนามัยที่ดีค่ะ

8. หากมีการทิ้งน้องแมว ไม่ติดต่อกลับเมื่อถึงกำหนดวันรับน้องแมวภายใน 48 ชม. เราขอดำเนินการตาม พรบ. คุ้มครองสัตว์ค่ะ

9. เวลาในการรับตัวน้องแมวไม่เกิน 11:00 นาฬิกาของวันถัดไป

10.ลูกค้าต้องอ่านและทำความเข้าใจรายละเอียดเงื่อนไข โดยทางโรงแรมขอเก็บค่ามัดจำล่วงหน้าหรือเก็บค่าบริการเต็มจำนวนล่วงหน้าในบางช่วงเวลาของปี หากต้องการยกเลิกห้องพัก กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน ทางโรงแรมยินดีคืนเงินมัดจำ
